2025 OBX Jeep Invasion

1. Registration Fees, including add-ons are non-refundable (all net proceeds will be directed to the designated charities).
2. You accept all liability for your actions while on the event site and in any off-site related events and activities and will hold harmless the OBX Jeep Invasion, Inc. and its officers and volunteers
3. You are responsible for all passengers in your Jeep or other vehicles and you agree to follow the rules of the road, beach and event site
4. We reserve the right to remove anyone or any Jeep or vehicle from the event site or associated activities/events without notice. Registration fees will not be refunded for any reason.
5. This is a rain or shine event, prepare accordingly
6. We reserve the right to make changes to the event, including but not limited to pricing, agenda, capacity without notice.
7. If local emergency management or law enforcement requires the event or associated activities to be postponed or cancelled, you will be notified via the email provided during registration, social media (Facebook, Instagram) and on the Live365 Radio OBX Jeep Invasion Radio – Free Internet Radio – Live365 or download the app
8. The OBX Jeep Invasion, Inc. dba OBX Jeep Charities is a registered 501 (c)(3) non-profit and all net proceeds go towards helping charities in our community.
9. Children are those aged 17 and under.
10. Tickets and purchases are not transferable.
